Suspended for Misrepresentation? We bring stores back across Europe, Australia and the US.
Real Merchant Center screenshots and Google's own approval emails from stores in the UK, the Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand, Italy, Ireland, Switzerland and the US. Send your store link and hear what we see before you spend a review attempt.

Four ways it usually starts.
Pick the one that sounds like your week. Each one links to a real store that came back from it.
Before you click anything.
Four things that make it worse and one check you can do tonight. This is free and it is the same advice we give every store that writes to us.
Do not
- 01Press "request review" today.A rejected request does not reset anything. Each one makes the next harder, and the store is not ready yet.
- 02Open a second Merchant Center to get around it.Google links accounts by business, domain, payment and people. The new one inherits the problem and the old one gets worse.
- 03Believe anyone who promises an insider or a hundred percent. There is no insider route. Every store on this page went through the normal review button, once.
- 04Rewrite the policy pages and stop there. On our cases the decisive problems sat elsewhere: the checkout, the theme, the photo file names, an old return address.
The five minute check
Do your numbers match everywhere?
Delivery days and cost on the product page, the cart, the checkout, the shipping page and in Merchant Center. One checkout said 3 to 5 days while every page said 7 to 11. Merchant Center must never be faster than your page.
Can a stranger find out who runs the shop?
Company name, registration number, an address and a real way to reach a person, the same on every page and in Merchant Center. "Timeless. Confident. Defined." is not business information.
Is there anything on the site you cannot prove?
Review counts, "limited stock", "4.8 from 5,000 customers", a 10% code that does not exist. If you cannot prove it, Google cannot either.
Do your photos and links carry another shop's name?
Shopify, Content, Files. Read the file names. 68 photos on one store were named after another shop and the owner never saw it. Google reads the image link.
Does the checkout say what the site says?
Add a product, go to checkout, read the delivery line and the price. That line is what Google compares against your pages and your Merchant Center shipping.
Every store, with the screenshots.
Product status graph, the account today and Google's own approval email where we have it. Store names, websites and account IDs hidden. Every number carries the date it was read.

Approved, suspended, approved again.
One UK store, 3 to 7 October 2026, from its own Merchant Center.

A fresh Merchant Center, built from scratch.
Misrepresentation. No warning email first. Google never says what it found.
Photo names from another shop, a checkout promising 3 to 5 days against 7 to 11 everywhere else, theme scripts, a discount pop-up with no code behind it.
Sent by the owner from his own login, when the store was ready.
Google's email: "the issue no longer appears in your Merchant Center account".
What Google checked on these stores.
From the case files. The same four things come back on store after store, in every country.
Five steps, no surprises.
You keep every account and every password. We tell you what we see first, you decide second.
Five things you will never get from us.
Because every one of them has cost a store its account.
The cases, in 90 seconds each.
Short videos from the case files, the same ones on our Instagram.
Read this before you press the button.
Plain English, written from the case files.
Straight answers.
Do you guarantee reinstatement?
No. Nobody can; Google decides every review and never says what it found. What we promise is that nothing goes in before the store is ready, and that you see what we see first.
Do you need my password?
Never. If we work together you add us as staff or a user with the access the job needs, and you remove it when we are done.
How long does it take?
The review itself cleared in about four hours and in four business days on our cases; Google's help page says account reviews typically take 7 business days and can take longer. Getting the store ready depends on what we find, usually days.
What does it cost?
A fixed price agreed before any work and the same price at the end. The first look at your store is free.
Do you know someone at Google?
No. There is no insider route and anyone selling one is selling a story. Every case here went through the normal review button, once.
I already had requests rejected. Is it over?
No, but the next one has to be right. One store on this page was approved on its fourth request on the account and the first against that flag, eleven months after the suspension.
Which platforms?
Shopify first, where every case above lives. WooCommerce on request.
Where are you and what hours?
We work European hours and answer Instagram messages the same day. Our clients are in Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the US.
